Over the last two decades, Rebekah has sought to close the gap between science and practice in the field of workplace psychology.  As both a professor of industrial and organizational psychology and human capital/management consultant she has served as an expert in areas such as talent management, executive and career coaching, leadership assessment and development, selection, instructional design, training and facilitation. Her passion rests in partnering with clients to forge better understanding and create lasting change!

As a former Scout Sniper Team Leader in the United States Marine Corps, Andrew has gained valuable experience building, leading and coaching small teams in a wide range of situational climates.  Andrew holds multiple degrees in Psychology with a focus on work groups, leadership, and organizational development.  Andrew's professional, military and educational experience provide a unique perspective and critical insight into team functionality and leadership development. 

Imani strives to enhance the quality of life for individuals and small businesses by helping them meet their goals. As an instructor of industrial and organizational psychology and as a human capital consultant, she works to help others understand how workplace behavior affects organizational success. Imani serves as a leadership assessment and selection consultant and applied behavioral researcher supporting survey development, data collection and management. She also conducts workshops on organizational climate and culture, professional and personal development.
